Our Services
We will guide you through the process of creating your own products from the initial concept to delivery. Our personal and friendly service takes the hassle out of the process, allowing you to relax and enjoy focusing on your creative decisions.
Concept Design
The first step in the design journey is to have a chat with us at our factory in Bangor. You can tell us about your brand and your company values and together we will come up with a concept idea that best represents your unique brand.
We invite all customers to visit our warehouse to see their candles and diffusers in production so they can see the care and attention that goes into every pour and to truly understand the production process.
Manufacturing
With our state of the art pouring system, Bespoke Candles has the capacity to process large corporate orders. However, our dedicated team of craftspeople are also able to hand pour candles making us a great choice for local smaller businesses too.
Design
From the container to the packaging, with our extensive experience in worldwide retailing, we can help you to design a product that will stand out on the shelf. We will talk you through your design options or you can provide your own branding.
Fragrance and product development
Fragrance development is an important step in developing your own custom product or line. We work with you to create your own unique fragrance, a match to a fragrance you already love or you can pick from our many fantastic in-house scents. We work closely with UK and American fragrance houses to help you find the perfect scent. We are able to develop products that are cruelty free, vegan, natural or hand-poured.
Product safety testing and quality assurance
Bespoke Candles will carry out comprehensive testing on your new products. We are a registered member of the British Candle Makers Federation and we will ensure that your product complies with European and British safety standards. We will ensure that all necessary safety information is displayed for your customers.
We will also carry out quality assurance to ensure that your candle creates a beautiful aroma, has an optimum burn time and meets our high standards.
Storage and delivery
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order. We may be able to make arrangements to store your candles and products on our premises and deliver them to you periodically.
Innovation
We are always up for a new challenge. In 2020 our design for a hair conditioning candle earned a Gold Standard Innovation Award from the Department of the Economy. Since then, we have developed a number of other innovative products including massage candles.
